Elimination of power line interference in ECG signal using inverse loop

Abstract

Elimination of power line interference by electromagnetic induction in ECG signal has been described clearly by previous researchers. In this work, we propose a new approach in which the electromagnetic induction effect depends not only on a conductive loop area but also on body area and inverse loop area. By using this method interference can be effectively eliminated.
