Abstract

Music has the potential to stimulate the brain to facilitate the memorization of information, with that there is the resourcefulness of seeking a teaching practice for teaching physics. This article proposes a didactic sequence for teaching Physics to 2nd year high school classes, using the practical context of sound waves, taking into account the difficulty of learning that is managed by abstract approaches. For the development of this project, an electric bass, audio interface and a free license software (Audacity) for audio capture were used, in addition, classes were approached to introduce the proposed content and later from the use of the electric instrument to the demonstration through the art of music with an interdisciplinary approach.
