Abstract
A partir del análisis de los aportes y limitaciones de la economía industrial (clásica y estándar), y de los elementos que el autor plantea para una renovación de la teoría de la mercancía y de la transacción, en el artículo se establece la diferencia de activos y transacciones para concluir, finalmente, que las diferencias entre ambas modalidades de economía industrial no invalida la pertinencia de analizar las "estructuras circundantes de coordinación" en la nueva microeconomía industrial<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>
