Abstract

We consider the baryon asymmetry generation within the extended electroweak model with two Higgs doublets. The upper bound on the mass of the lightest Higgs boson is obtained. It coincides with that of the standard model with one Higgs doublet: m H <m cr ⋍45 GeV if the masses of all Higgs bosons do not exceed the mass of the W boson substantially. The model also allows one to preserve the baryon asymmetry of the universe after the electroweak phase transition having large values of both the top quark and Higgs bosons masses: m H> m cr.
