Abstract

Electrochemical methodology offers an interesting alternative to the classical synthesis of organoboronic derivatives. A series of aryl- allyl- and benzylboronic acids and esters has been prepared via an electrosynthesis methodology, which uses a single compartment cell fitted with a metal anode, in the absence of catalysts and under mild conditions.
