Abstract

Electrospray mass spectra of [Cd(SPh)4]2–, [Cd4(SPh)10]2– and [S4Cd10(SPh)16]4– show peaks due to the parent ions and some stable dissociation products; in the sulfide cluster the Cd–S bonds involving the sulfide remain intact during the observed fragmentation.
