Abstract

This paper presents an electronically tunable multiphase sinusoidal oscillator, employing three grounded capacitors and two EX-CCCIIs. The proposed circuit provides the current output as well as voltage outputs. The multiphase output currents obtained at high impedances so there is no need of any sensing circuit to sense the current. Also, the proposed circuit parameters: oscillation frequency (ω o ) and condition of oscillation (C.O.) are independent, as well as the ω o , can be tuned with bias currents. The design verification of the proposed circuit is included with the attractive results through the PSPICE program.
