Abstract

The main goal in teaching a foreign language is the formation of a learner’s untranslated command of a new language. Even modern electronic technologies will not allow creating an effective system of teaching a new language if the principles of its functioning are not based on the fundamental mechanisms for the formation of speech skills. It is necessary to speak with full confidence about the need to introduce the student’s psyche into the educational process management control loop. It is this psycholinguistic approach that is the basis for creating an electronic system for acquiring foreign language skills. Its use will lead to a synergetic effect in the learning process and as a result accelerated creation of a new language zone in the minds of adult learners due to a sharp increase in the effectiveness of exercises by transforming grammatical information from verbal to graphic form. The main result today can be considered a conceptual solution to the problem of simultaneous interaction of the language system and the means of information and communication technologies that ensure the sustainable formation of foreign language thinking of adults in the process of developing professional and language skills presented at the system level.
