Abstract
Transport and far-infrared magneto-absorption performed in InAsGaSb superlattices covering the entire semimetallic regime are described. The subband parameters are determined, evidencing the semimetallic nature, the three-dimensional character of the superlattices and the confinement of both electrons and holes at the interfaces in the heterojunction limit.
