Ponte - Jan 2018 - Volume 74 - Issue 1 doi: 10.21506/j.ponte.2018.1.23 Abstract:The modern practice of staff training proves evidence that the level of professional competence of personnel is the foundation for the organization\'s competitive advantage. Nowadays, there is no doubt that knowledge, skills and high level of staff competence form the primary basis for the further development of the company. However, it does not always correspond with modern organizational requirements.\nIn order to replace the traditional forms of personnel training, the new technologies of informal, non-class-participating learning are actively introduced. Special educational games are amongst the greatest interests of all the technological innovations in this field. One of such examples is �Electronic Mentoring� or \"E-Mentoring\".\nElectronic mentoring as a way of employees training is becoming more and more in demand during corporate training. This article discusses problems and specifics of game training, as well as shows an experience of the scientific teams of the Moscow Technological University (MIREA) in modeling an educational business game.
