Abstract

Electron spin resonance measurements were carried out on a single crystal of partiy compensated p-type GaAs doped with Mn. Spectra are shown at 77 deg K for four different values of theta , where theta is the angle between the static magnetic field and a cubic axis. The spectra are interpreted using a spin-hamiltonian, and the A- and g-values are evaluated. (H.D.R.)
