Abstract
1. The EPR spectra of tris-(2, 2, 6,6-tetramethyl-1-oxy-4-piperidyl)trimesinate were investigated in anisaldazine solution at various temperatures. 2. There is a tripling of the components of the hyperfine structure of the EPR spectrum of the nitroxide in a nematic liquid crystal. 3. A theoretical analysis of the EPR of the basic quartet state in solutions of liquid crystals was given.
