Abstract
Electron nuclear double resonance measurements on gadolinium 157 substituted into crystals of thoria have provided the following values for the hyperfine interaction parameters: A = 15.806 ± 0.013 Mc/s, B = -0.687 ± 0.018 Mc/s and the nuclear magnetic moment μN = - 0.337 ± 0.003 nuclear magnetons.
