Abstract

1. The extent of the zone in which noticeable diffusion occurs is 20–30μ-about 5 μ in steel 0Kh23N-28M3D3T and 15–20 μ in alloy 36NKhTYu-i.e., diffusion proceeds mainly from steel 0Kh23N28M3D3T to alloy 36NKhTYu. 2. The particles of laminar form in the boundaries and in the body of the grains in the transition zone and in alloy 36NKhTYu are (Ni, Fe)3(Ti, Al). The most intensive decomposition of the γ-solid solution in alloy 36NKhTYu was observed at a distance of about 10–20 μ from the transition zone, which corresponds to the data from measurements of the microhardness.
