Abstract
SynopsisElectron-impact ionization for W26+ ion is investigated using Dirac-Fock-Slater approximation. The large scale calculations are performed for the excitations to over 800 configurations. Influence of radiative damping on the excitation-autoionization cross-sections is estimated.
