Abstract
The authors report measurements of detached electron energy spectra yielded in H- collisions with He, Ar, H2, N2, O2 and CO2 in the energy range from 4.5 eV to 4 keV. This work allows in particular the study of the dynamics of charge exchange to shape resonances in H--N2, CO2 and O2 collisions. No charge exchange is observed for H2. Further spectroscopic information on O2- is obtained.
