Abstract
The dissipative electron transport in the free-standing semiconductor wire in the presence of electromagnetic wave is considered. The non-Markovian Langevin-like equations describing both kinetics and fluctuations of an electron are obtained. It is shown that in the 1D case electromagnetic wave influences on electron–phonon interaction drastically that increases the electron mobility. Phonon emission spectrum and energy loss rate are found.
