Abstract
We present a divergence free treatment of Coulomb corrections for the scattering of two spin-0 particles with extended charge distributions. The outer Coulomb corrections are treated non-relativistically to all orders in the Coulomb parameter but in the case of the inner Coulomb corrections we are restricted to a perturbation treatment and only obtain a first-order result. We apply our treatment, including first-order relativistic corrections, to a re-analysis of low-energy π ±4He scattering.
