Abstract

The paper considers the direct problem for an orthotropic electroelastic waveguide in the presence of a homogeneous field of preliminary stresses. Dispersion curves for the given parameters of the material are constructed using numerical methods. The influence of the distribution laws of variable characteristics of an electroelastic waveguide and preliminary stresses on the change in the dispersion set of curves is analyzed. On the basis of the results obtained, practical recommendations are given for studying the inverse coefficient problem of restoring the level of prestressing.
