Abstract
Dispersion properties of a cylindrical coaxial waveguide filled with tubular plasma in a strong magnetic field are investigated. The dispersion equation for the E wave is derived and solved analytically and numerically. A spatial structure of the fields of surface, volume, and volume-surface oscillation modes is analyzed.
