Abstract
Voltammetry was applied to a study of joint electroreduction of Cd(II) and Te(IV) on a glassy carbon electrode from an ammonia-chloride buffer electrolyte with pH 8.4. The optimal conditions of electrodeposition of CdTe films were determined and their structure was examined by means of X-ray phase analysis.
