High-quality electrode/semiconductor interfaces are essential for high-performance electronics and optoelectronics but remain challenging. A graphene-assisted metal transfer printing strategy, recently reported in <i>Nature Electronics</i> by Di and colleagues, has outlined wafer-scale van der Waals integration of two-dimensional semiconductors and metal electrodes.
