Aim & Background: ECT's play an important role in the management of severe mental illness especially in antepartum and postpartum population.Hence the patterns of ECT use and efficacy of BF against BT in antepartum (AP) and postpartum (PP) women with severe mental illness who were admitted in Mother and Baby unit (MBU) were assessed.
