Abstract

Graphdiyne oxide quantum dots (GDYO QDs), as derivatives of graphdiyne (GDY), have excellent biological activity due to their active acetylene units. MOF-derived ZnO (M-ZnO) not only can enhance the capacity of GDYO QDs through the huge surface area, but also can be served as the co-reaction promoter. In addition, the ECL intensity of GDYO QDs @M-ZnO modified electrode is five times larger than that of GDYO QDs modified electrode alone. Thus, GDYO QDs @M-ZnO is first applied to construct electrochemiluminescence sensor for radical scavenging drugs detection, due to the radical scavenging drugs can reduce the ECL signal of GDYO QDs. The ECL sensors are used to detect the radical scavenging drugs such as troxerutin, vitamin C, metformin hydrochloride, respectively, which have excellent sensitivities, good specificities, reproducibilities, and stabilities. This ECL sensor has potential application in radical scavenging drugs.
