Abstract
Polyaniline films grown potentiodynamically in the presence of sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) are studied here by combination of quartz crystal microbalance and cyclic voltammetry experiments. The film morphology, observed by scanning electron microscopy, shows the presence of aggregates. Critical micelle concentration (cmc), determined by fluorescence method, was used to investigate the kinetics of film grown. An analysis of electrochemical behaviour during redox process in HCl reveals the PAn/SDS interaction.
