Abstract

In the present work, we are prepared a simple is sensitive and selective for Cerium oxide L-Tyrosine modified carbon paste electrode (CeO2 - L-TMCPE) for the simultaneous examination of Dopamine (DA) and Uric Acid (UA), by using cyclic voltammetry (CV). Carbon paste electrode was fabricated with Cerium oxide L-Tyrosine mixture as modifier for the detection of DA in the presence of UA in 0.2 M Phosphate buffer solution of pH 7.0. The CeO2 - L-TMCPE MCPE display an increase in the peak (Ip) current as related to that of BCPE. The CeO2 - L-TCPE mixture MCPE showed outstanding electro catalytic action for selective determination of DA in the presence of UA. Surface morphology of CeO2NPs was studied using XRD, SEM and EDAX, some electrochemical constraints alike effect of pH, effect of Scan rate, varied concentrations DA & UA were considered at CeO2 - L-TMCPE MCPE. The modified CeO2 - L-TCPE behaves similar selective electrochemical sensor for finding of DA and UA.
