Abstract

The electrochemical and electrocatalytic properties of hemihexaphyrazine and its trinuclear cobalt complex were studied by cyclic voltammetry. The possibility of detecting cationic and anionic forms of compounds in the process of polarization of electrodes in the region of potentials 0.5 ÷ -1.5 V has been established. It is shown that the synthesized cobalt complex has a sufficiently high catalytic activity in the oxygen reduction reaction in an alkaline solution.
