Abstract

Various electrocardiographic abnormalities have been noted during angiographic opacification of the main left and right coronary arteries.1 Analysis of these records has revealed that, in general, main left coronary arterial injection is associated with leftward frontal plane QRS axis shift and rightward frontal plane T wave axis deviation.2–5 Main right coronary artery opacification usually results in exactly the opposite changes.2–5 Selective left circumflex coronary arteriography is not feasible using standard angiographic techniques in closed chest man.
