Abstract

Electro- and photoluminescence from a sintered P-15 (ZnO:Zn) phosphor-ceramic-plate fabricated by an original technique is described. It was found that electroluminescence (EL) spectra consist of an ultraviolet, blue-green and near-infrared emission band. The EL spectra were also dependent on the resistance of the P-15 phosphor-ceramics used.
