Abstract

The significant increase in both the severity and frequency of climatological catastrophes draws attention to the necessity for a more climate-resilient electricity sector. In recent years, several databases and platforms have been developed to assess the resilience of the electricity sector in response to extreme weather and climate-related events. This study conducts a comprehensive review of the platforms and databases used for assessing climate resilience in the electricity sector. It discusses the existing gaps and challenges of these platforms and datasets and proposes a future path.
