Abstract
Measurements of the Hall coefficient have been made as a function of temperature and of magnetic field for semi-conducting alloys exhibiting large, negative, low field Hall coefficients at low temperatures. A model is proposed to account for the complex behaviour observed in these and in p-type samples.
