Abstract
The electrical properties of double perovskite La2FeTiO6 were investigated. The structural properties were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF). XRD characterization results that La2FeTiO6 is a single phase with Orthorhombic Perovskite structure, Pnma space group. The crystallite size was in nanoscale (24 nm). The element composition was checked by XRF. The atomic ratio was checked by XRF and showed that the atomic ratio agree with stoichiometric of this compound. The electrical properties were representated in Nyquist plot and Bode plot. The bode plots show that the real part, Z’ is not significantly changes on temperature, but the imaginnary part, Z” decreases when the temperature increases. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss only slightly change with temperature.
