Abstract
The electrical properties of As2Te3 have been interpreted in the high temperature range on the basic of fluctuations of potential induced by inhomogeneities. The aim of this paper is to add to the preceeding one, by studying within the framework of the proposed model the d.c. conductivity and the drift mobility, first under high electric fields and then in the low temperature range.
