Abstract
A general description is given of the plant layout of the Yankee Power Reactor. Electrical equipment discussed includes a 160-mva generator, 155-mva main transformer, transmission-line oil circuit breakers, 480-volt and 2400volt station service transformers, and 480-volt and 2400volt station service switchgear. Electrical penetrations in -the vapor container and a relay protection for the primary electrical system are described. A diagram is presented, and a description is given of the control-rod drivemechanism power supply. (C.J.G.)
