Abstract

These novel investigations may be of interest for research working on the determination of the electrical conductivity-viscosity correlation of the laccase from Trametes versicolor at the isoelectric pH. Since, we have performed some viscosimetric measurements for various concentrations. We have also used the set of the results obtained from our previous work which has treated the electrical conductivity in the aim to determine the correlation molar conductivity-viscosity from the Walden plot. We have demonstrated that the electrical conductivity of the laccase is not strictly controlled by the viscosity variations and the laccase behaves as weak electrolyte in solution.
