Abstract
Principal electrical conductivities and seebeck coefficients, as well as Hall effect, in p-type single crystals of natural molybdenite (MoS 2) have been investigated within the temperature range 100°K to 850°K. The results have been discussed and the values of different parameters of the charge carriers obtained.
