Abstract
Measurements of d.c. electrical conductivity (σ) as a function of temperature and electric field on heat-treated poly metallo phthalocyanines II[MPc] n (M = Co) are reported. The temperature dependence of σ is in accordance with the variable range hopping in three-dimensions for different electric fields. The electric field dependence of resistivity obeys a relation of the form ϱ = kE m .
