Abstract
InSe and In 2 Se 3 was lithium intercalated by mean of a spontaneous intercalation reaction. The electrical conductivity was studied and was found to be altered by 3-orders of magnitude with respect to non-intercalated samples. An interesting time dependent anisotropy appeared during intercalation, associed to the initial non-uniform Li distribution and the movement of Li concentration kinks.
