Abstract
THE RAPIDLY increasing demand for flat-rolled sheet steel and strip products has made necessary the application of electrical apparatus to modern developments in rolling-mill machinery and caused the rapid construction of many wide continuous hot- and cold-strip mills in every section of the country.
