Abstract
An energy dependent electron relaxation time is shown to explain the observed temperature dependence of the low field Hall and Righi-Leduc coefficients for the alkali metals. Theoretical model calculations, which only depend on the residual resistivity ratio and the Debye temperature, are presented.
