Abstract

Nowadays, the role of women in engineering becomes clearer, but unfortunately their underrepresentation in senior and leadership positions remains a worldwide phenomenon. The Faculty of Technology of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), Greece, carried out a study on the performance of female students during their education years and the first years of employment, aiming at improving their contribution to the engineering profession in the country.
