Abstract
We have prepared LnRu4P12(Ln = Nd, Gd and Tb) with filled skutterudite structure at high temperatures and high pressures. GdRu4P12 and TbRu4P12 are new materials. Electrical resistivity and dc magnetic susceptibility of these compounds were measured at low temperatures. NdRu4P12 behaves as a metal, showing ferromagnetic ordering below 1.6 K. GdRu4P12 and TbRu4P12 show electrical anomalies and antiferromagnetic transitions at around 20 K. Electrical anomalies of both compounds are closely related to the magnetic transitions.
