Abstract

The effect of the weak interaction on the diffraction measurement of the electric dipole moment of neutrons moving in crystal electric fields has been analyzed. It has been shown that the interference of the Schwinger interaction with the weak interaction field imposes restrictions on the measured electric dipole moment of the neutron.
