Abstract

With the scientific and technological progress, automatic transmission technology is constantly developing and the automatic transmission is undergoing continuous improvement, evolution and upgrading. The automotive power train integration control is a combination of automatic transmission theory and electronic control technology. It achieves gear change through electronic equipments which controls engine output torque, relevant implementing agencies and the working status of the automatic transmission gear. An electronic control system based on the integrated power train of dual clutch transmission is presented in this paper, with the XC164CS micro controller in the hardware system development of the power train control unit. The software architecture of electronic control unit is developed in company with the hardware and software of the electronic control system of dual clutch transmission based on the integrated power train. The principle of data acquisition and analysis system is introduced. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by vehicle tests.
