Abstract

Factor VIII in cryoprecipitates makes it possible to attain good hemostasis in patients with classic hemophilia. Elective ocular surgery can be done safely if proper evaluation and preparations are made. Cryoprecipitates were used successfully to achieve hemostasis in our patient so that a peripheral iridectomy was done without complication.
