Abstract
An approach to the electromagnetic structure of composite systems is developed. The method is based on the instant form of relativistic Hamiltonian dynamics and modified impulse approximation. Soft elastic charge form factors of and K mesons as systems are calculated. The results are in good agreement with the available data. Relativistic effects are shown to be large even at low values of momentum transfer.
