Abstract

This work presents the itinerary traveled by some motifs used by Agustin Moreto (1654), whose model are Lope de Vega (1621), Tirso de Molina (1627) and Calderon de la Barca (1639). In addition, we will examine the recasting made by Thomas Corneille of the Moreto’s play in his comedy Le charme de la voix (1658), in order to show the evolution that has experienced a motive created by Lope de Vega, continued, in part, by Tirso and Calderon, reused by Agustin Moreto and finally adapted by the French dramatist.
