El papel y la representación del profesorado en la participación de las familias en la escuela

Abstract

The faculty staff is one of the main actors of the educational community and it plays a central role when favouring or not family involvement in the school. In fact, the rest of the educational community points it out as a driver, and it is even regarded by parents as the key to participation. This paper analyses the role of teachers, their motivations to get families involved and the issues that they value the most.
