Abstract
Marginalia are illumination themes unrelated to main plot and they do not provide clear informative intention. Mainly located on page margins –hence its name– but on centre also can be found. Animated beings appear in this illuminations (real or exotic animals, imaginary humans, men, women, putti or hybrid).
