Abstract

In this article, the author makes an deep analysis on the issue of litigation in criminal matters during the Mexican Revolution in Puebla, emphasizing into the role played by the Supreme Court during this period. He also speaks about the importance of the impartiality of the judges during this time and of the evolution of justice in the judicial circuit of Puebla.
